Sean Norris (Founder and CEO) has a wealth of experience spanning back to 2001. He established himself in the safety and security industry as a Security Solutions Provider with the capacity to facilitate implimentation of safety and security measures globally. He has extensive local and international management experience and a strong track record working across international borders in complex countries.

About us

He held a number of senior management roles in the safety and security industry since 2001 to current, including the International Cricket Council (ICC) Security Manager from 2013 to current. 

Operating internationally awarded him the opportunity to understand global best practices. He's had the opportunity over many years, to negotiate major world events safety and security arrangements with governments, intelligence agencies, government security stakeholders and foreign missions. 

Philasande Matyunjwa (Global Head of Security Operations)

Philasande is a well-respected security specialist in the local and global security environment. He started out at the bottom of the operational ladder and has progressed to hold the position of Global Head of Security Operations within Keystone Global. His area of expertise is in planning and development of security plans with an extensive background in implimentation and execution of the safety and

security plans, events and sports security, team and artist security and close protection. 

He has completed numerous event operations globaly, with a demonstratable knowledge and experience in threat assessment and risk analysis, integrated physical security systems and the appropriate identification, implimentation and ongoing evaluation of security measures.
